We process your personal data for the following purposes:
- To answer your questions and requests for information.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties.
5. Legal basis and authorization
The processing is carried out on the basis of the prior, express, and informed authorization you give by checking the authorization box included in our forms, under Law 1581 of 2012, Decree 1074 of 2015 (which compiled Decree 1377 of 2013) and the other concordant rules of the Republic of Colombia. We also process data where it is necessary to perform a contract you are party to, or to comply with a legal obligation.
Our forms include two independent checkboxes: a mandatory one, through which you authorize the processing of your data so we can handle your request, and an optional one, to receive content and news. You can submit the form without checking the second, and you can unsubscribe from those communications at any time.

By authorizing the processing of your data you authorize this international transfer and transmission, under the terms of article 26 of Law 1581 of 2012. We require these providers to meet security and confidentiality standards equivalent to our own.
