1. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file that a website saves in your browser when you visit it. It is there to remember information about your visit: whether you already accepted the use of cookies, for instance, or whether you arrived from a particular campaign. Alongside cookies we use equivalent technologies such as the browser's local storage (localStorage).
2. How do we use cookies?
We use cookies for three things: to make the site work, to let you book a meeting, and to understand in aggregate how the site is used so we can improve it. We do not use advertising or third-party profiling cookies.
3. Categories of cookies we use
- Necessary. Essential for the site to work and to remember your decision about cookies. They do not require consent.
- Functional. They let HubSpot's meeting scheduler work properly, and save you from entering information twice.
- Analytics. They help us understand which pages are visited and how the site is navigated. They are only installed if you accept them.
4. Cookie details
| Cookie | Set by | Category | Purpose | Duration |

articod_consent | First-party | Necessary | Stores your decision about cookies so we do not have to ask again on every visit. | 6 months |
hubspotutk | HubSpot, Inc. | Functional | Identifies the visitor in the contact form and the meeting scheduler. | 6 months |
__hstc | HubSpot, Inc. | Functional | Records the first visit, the previous visit, and the current one. | 6 months |

The durations are the ones each provider declares, and they may change if those providers update their services.
5. Your consent and how to withdraw it
On your first visit we show a notice where you can accept or reject analytics cookies. Until you accept, Google Analytics is not loaded and no analytics cookie is installed.
You can change your decision whenever you like from the “Cookie settings” link available in the footer throughout the site.
6. How to manage cookies in your browser
You can also block or delete cookies from your browser's settings. Bear in mind that blocking necessary or functional cookies may affect how the meeting scheduler works.
- Chrome: Settings › Privacy and security › Third-party cookies.
- Safari: Settings › Privacy › Manage Website Data.
- Firefox: Settings › Privacy & Security › Cookies and Site Data.
- Edge: Settings › Cookies and site permissions.
7. International transfer
The functional and analytics cookies are installed by HubSpot, Inc. and Google LLC, companies located in the United States. By accepting them you authorize the international transfer of that browsing data, under the terms described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes to this policy
If we add new tools that install cookies, we will update this page and ask for your consent again. In force since September 3, 2026.
