How do you read the score?
The score does not measure how good your tool is: it measures how well it describes your operation. An expensive CRM with a low score and a free one with a high score are exactly what they look like — the difference is in the design, not the license.
The questions are grouped in four blocks: structure (pipeline and data), the team's real usage, automation, and ownership. If your score falls because of a single block, that block is your work plan.
What do I do with a low result?
A low result is almost never fixed with training. If the pipeline does not describe how your team sells, more training only teaches people to use the wrong structure better.
The path that works is going back to mapping the sales process and reconfiguring on that basis, which is exactly the scope of a HubSpot Discovery. We treat it as a separate service so the diagnosis is useful to you even if you implement with someone else.
Do you keep my answers?
No. The whole calculation happens in your browser and nothing is sent to any server. There is no form, no sign-up, and no trace of your answers once you close the page.
