HOW DO CREDITS WORK?
Credits are the unit we use to measure the work performed in each project.
You can acquire credits as part of the contracted plans, which start from 80 credits.
Allocation and Control of Credits:
- Credits will be redeemed for each task executed within the team.
- There will be a weekly limit for task requests based on the chosen plan. For example, if you choose a 100-credit plan, it will be divided into the 4 weeks of the month, equivalent to 25 credits per week.
- This weekly limit ensures efficient control over the team's workflow and allows us to meet the agreed-upon deadlines for your project.
- Each package of credits is called a WorkFlow, and you can acquire more than one WorkFlow per plan per month if you need to execute more tasks per week.
Priority and Fast Deliveries:
- If you require high-priority executions, the team can carry out these additional tasks in exchange for a certain amount of credits, provided you have credits for execution within each week.
- This allows us to offer faster deliveries and address the immediate needs of our clients.
- Remember to use your weekly credits to prevent them from expiring, ensuring an excellent workflow between the team and our clients.
